We all at ‘Mama-luscious’ appreciate and value all of our customers. Our aim is to provide a happy and positive customer experience, though unfortunately this is not always the case. We are required to have terms and conditions which are detailed in the following paragraphs below.

OUR PRODUCTS

We take great care and pride when making our products. We can inform all of our customers that our products comply with EU Cosmetics Directive (Product Safety Report Certification) which are the current legislation's required to sell products legally in the UK and EU safely. This is required by Regulation No 1223/2009.

Us as a company feel strongly and are totally against animal testing. All our products throughout the supply chain to us have not been tested on animals, that's ingredients down to the finished product. All our products are suitable for vegetarians and most are suitable for vegans (see each product page for details).

All of our products are 100% genuinely handmade by 'us' (Mama-luscious) so there may be some changes to product look & descriptions.

Mama-luscious respects customer privacy at all times and so therefore will never share your information with a third party. Your confidence is guaranteed.

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, we will make, package and post your item to the addressed specified during your purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you double check the address before completing your payment.

ORDER PAYMENTS

Payment can be made via PayPal and Swipe in their secure environment or via an alternative arrangement that should be agreed in advance. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. PayPal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf.

Non-payments will result in order cancellation. No compensation will be offered for any payment fail situation.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not guarantee any of our products or the information that we have provided on our website and/or social media. This includes safety care / instructions which these can vary depending on the environment. These points (including all others not mentioned here) are for guidance only.

We cannot and will not accept any responsibility for any misuse of our products. Ultimate responsibility remains with the consumer for safe operations of products. You are using 'Mama-luscious' products at your own risk.

We may revise these terms of use from time-to-time. Revised terms of use will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms of use on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Below are the costs and estimated delivery times for all orders we send out ~

1). UK Mainland Orders

Standard UK Mainland delivery costs £4.50, We aim to dispatch orders within 4-6 working days of receiving payment due to being made to order. If we anticipate orders to go beyond this timescale we will inform you.

Please note: any orders placed during a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

All orders are dispatched either using second class Royal Mail standard delivery which usually takes around 2-4 working days to reach you (dispatch to delivery can be quicker) or an independent Courier which can take up to 3 working days. However, we do ask customers to allow up to 7 working days for deliveries particularly during busy periods like Christmas etc.

Currently we only ship within the UK on this website.

2). Payments

Payment on our site are made via PayPal in their secure environment. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. PayPal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf.

Non-payments will result in order cancellation. No compensation will be offered by Mama-luscious for any payment fail situation.

3). Delivery Information

All our bath products are fragile objects to post. We do our best to package orders using strong boxes and wrapping/box void to hopefully, avoid any damages accruing. Unfortunately, damages can happen during transit which is no fault to ‘us’ (Mama-luscious). However, we advise you to check your parcel and notify us of any damages with photographic evidence within three working days, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Please note: *Photographic evidence must always be provided on damaged packages/products via email at mamaluscious1988@gmail.com

4). RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us on the day you receive your order at mamaluscious1988@gmail.com

Refunds

Please return your order unopened within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund. The cost of returning the purchase will be at the customer’s own expense. We do not except responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on return. Refunds will only be given if the purchase is returned in the condition it was sent (original unopened packaging and in good condition).

Cancellation

You can cancel your order prior to dispatch. Email us with your order number and a full refund will be given. If your purchase has already been dispatched please refer to our refund policy (point above ↑).
